+ You will be responsible for policy compliance checks on publisher sites.
+ Work directly with other members of your team to remediate complex abuse issues.
+ Enhance our operational workflows via process improvements.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform policy compliance checks on publisher sites.
+ Leverage SQL to extract data and uncover valuable insights from complex datasets.
+ Revamp existing dashboards or create new ones to monitor real-time data trends.
+ Share actionable insights derived from the data analysis, empowering team members to make informed decisions.
+ Develop educational resources on policy-related topics for interdisciplinary teams.
+ Research and analyze emerging abuse patterns and trends.
+ Identify and develop innovative methods for detecting abuse effectively.
+ Identify and develop solutions for scalable enforcement on non-compliant publisher inventory.
+ Conduct complex data analysis to identify opportunities for new signals, automation, and workflow improvements.
+ Present a unified enforcement experience to external publishers and support internal sales teams.
+ Drive solutions through analysis and cross-functional partnership.
**Experience:**
+ 2+ years of work experience in a trust and safety role.
+ Excellent written and oral business communication skills.
+ 1+ year experience writing SQL python scripting.
+ Experience with Python coding and scripting (nice to have).

**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Social sciences or equivalent practical experience.
