Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of complex, scalable technology solutions across multiple product domains. This role is critical in bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving value through effective product lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities + Own and manage the full product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap to delivery and optimization. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product features, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely releases. + Lead technical integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., eCommerce, delivery services) and internal systems. + Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria; ensure technical requirements are well understood. + Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. + Balance Agile best practices with flexibility to adapt to evolving processes and organizational maturity. + Monitor production issues, triage bugs, and ensure resolution within SLAs. + Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external development efforts. + Support testing, release planning, and post-launch monitoring. + Provide mentorship to junior product team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications + 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technical environment. + Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and backend architecture. + Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. + Experience working with Agile methodologies; comfortable in environments still maturing in Agile practices. + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to manage competing priorities and make data-driven decisions. + Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, loyalty programs, or third-party delivery integrations is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
