+ Design and implement security architecture for Oracle Cloud (OCI) and Oracle SaaS applications.
+ Develop security frameworks and best practices for **identity and access management (IAM), role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege enforcement** .
+ Ensure compliance with industry security standards, including **ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and GDPR** .
+ Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define security requirements for Oracle applications, databases, and cloud environments.
+ Conduct risk assessments and recommend security controls for Oracle-based deployments.
+ Implement and oversee **data protection, encryption, and key management strategies** within Oracle Cloud.
+ Integrate **SIEM and security monitoring tools** with Oracle platforms to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
+ Provide guidance on **secure coding practices and application security** for Oracle-based solutions.
+ Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
+ Stay updated with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and Oracle security patches.

**Responsibilities**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field** .
+ 7+ years of experience in **IT security architecture, with a focus on Oracle security** .
+ Expertise in **Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Security, Oracle Advanced Security, and Oracle Key Vault** .
+ Strong knowledge of **IAM, Access Governance, encryption technologies, logging, and monitoring** within Oracle environments.
+ Hands-on experience with **Oracle Database Security, including Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and Database Vault** .
+ Familiarity with **Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM security models and configurations** .
+ Experience with **cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance frameworks** .
+ Proficiency in **security risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management** .
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $88,100 to $192,600 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

This job requires proficiency in the English language.
