The Role We are on the lookout for a proactive and passionate individual to join our Digital Games Team as a Manager of Social and Community. This role is perfect for someone eager to design and develop, and engage with Hasbro's growing digital gaming community. What You'll Do Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and implement our social media strategies to enhance our games and brand presence across social and community platforms. Support the Director of Digital Marketing and other social leads in building the craft of social marketing for the Digital Games organization Community Engagement: Build, foster and maintain positive relationships with our communities. Support studio teams and work alongside them to drive narratives and content across social channels Content Creation: Partner with the creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience, with a focus on new and innovative approaches to social content and optimization for platforms. Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with the influencer team to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences. Crisis Management: Monitor social media channels for potential issues and manage crisis communication effectively. Develop plans for mitigation of risk and messaging guidelines during crisis moments. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Influencer, studio leads, media, PR, and customer support, to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and standard methodologies. Lead the process of internal edification and sharing of social first insights and recommendations to keep our strategies optimized and within best practise. Event Management: Plan and implement social strategies to support virtual and in-person events to engage with our community and promote our brand. Including livestreaming, Developer interviews, Q+A’s and a presence at established events and industry moments. What You'll Bring Proven track record in social media management and community engagement with a creative approach and a history of enhancing consumer engagement. Outstanding attention to detail, initiative, and critical thinking skills. 5+ years of experience managing social media accounts and online communities 3+ years in conceptualizing and implementing social media campaigns and events. Demonstrated ability to manage various projects under tight deadlines with multiple partners. Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external partners. Deep understanding of business objectives and the role of social media and community management in achieving tangible results. Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills. Ability to build relationships with partners in gaming, social media platforms, and more. BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Entrepreneurial mentality passionate about action and results; thrives in innovative, unstructured environments. Flexible, resourceful, energetic, and collaborative!
