Job Summary
The Quality Supervisor maintains and upholds the Company Quality Standards and Policies; Provides quality related training.
Essential Functions:
- Assists manager to make and control the Quality Department annual business and budget plans
- Ensures APQP, PPAP, MSA and other applicable customer of ASQ Quality Standards are implemented and maintained
- Evaluates and develops all associates in the Quality Control Department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering or equivalent
- 10 years experience in quality assurance/control
- At least 3 y ears experience in a managerial or supervisory position
- Management training, SPC, IATF-16949, Q System Training
