Job Summary
• Provide exceptional care for Geriatrics and Pediatric patients in a home healthcare setting.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure patient well-being.

Responsibilities:
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assist in medical procedures and examinations.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Diligently monitor and document patient symptoms and vital signs to accurately monitor progress and promptly detect any changes.
• Assist physicians and registered nurses in performing medical procedures and examinations efficiently.
Qualifications:
• A valid RN or LVN license specific to Texas is required. Applicants must have at least two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and multitasking are essential.
• A current BLS/CPR certification is mandatory.
• Proficiency in accurately documenting medical records is critical for this role.
• The ideal candidate should excel in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast environment.
