This role is essential for delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services. The position will involve working with diverse patient populations and contributing to their recovery and well-being. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility and function.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• BLS/PTA Certification.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physical therapy techniques.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred, but not required.
• Ability to create effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
