Job Summary:
As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to business leads, offering quotes, and gathering necessary information to initiate the quoting process. This role involves a high volume of phone calls and emails, particularly in the early stages of building your book of business. You will work with both warm leads and cold leads.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct outbound calls and send emails to potential clients to offer quotes and gather information (over 100 calls a day).
+ Build and maintain a book of business through consistent outreach and relationship management.
+ Collaborate with top agents for mentorship and coaching.
+ Participate in a two-step interview process, with final interviews conducted in-person.
Qualifications:
+ Any sales experience is preferred.
+ Personable and well-spoken, with strong communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Must have a California property and casualty (PC) license.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
