Hiring: Dell Boomi Consultant/Engineer (Dublin, OH Onsite/Hybrid)

We're looking for a seasoned Dell Boomi Consultant/Engineer to help drive enterprise-grade integration solutions across diverse systems like SAP, Salesforce, databases, and messaging platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in designing complex integration patterns, API management, and real-time data flow orchestration. Strong understanding of middleware architecture, enterprise connectors, and system communication is a must.
Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and deploy integration flows and interfaces using the Dell Boomi platform (Connectors, Design Center, API Management).
Analyze business integration needs and implement synchronous/asynchronous solutions across platforms like MQ, DB, SAP, Salesforce, etc.
Develop middleware systems from scratch using best practices in message queuing, error handling, batch processing , and recovery logic.
Apply integration design patterns and guide architectural decisions in cross-vendor meetings.
Work with web service standards (SOAP, REST, XML, WSDL, XSD, WS-Security) to ensure reliable communication across systems.
Lead implementation of Dell Boomi API management , including policy definition and governance.
Integrate with monitoring/logging tools like Splunk and establish KPI dashboards for flow execution health.
Collaborate with enterprise architects and developers to design scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
Mentor and lead teams across multi-phase projects involving multiple workstreams and technologies .
8+ years of experience in IT with extensive hands-on work in Dell Boomi platform .
Deep expertise in building and managing complex integration pipelines across SAP, Salesforce, DBs, and JMS queues.
Solid understanding of SOA architecture , integration security, and web service standards.
Experience with Dell Boomi API management and connector frameworks .
Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize real-time and batch integrations.
Knowledge of Splunk integration and monitoring best practices is highly desirable.
Strong leadership in managing development teams and coordinating across technical and functional teams.
Onsite/Hybrid: This role is based in Dublin, OH . Hybrid flexibility may be available depending on project timelines.
