A prestigious law firm is seeking a highly qualified mid-level/senior attorney  to join its Private Equity Grou p. The ideal candidate will have experience in various corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture capital transactions, exits, and equity compensation . You should be proactive, have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage significant components of transactions while working effectively within teams. The role requires stellar client and counsel relationship management. Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience are essential. New York Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and a deal sheet are required.
